Account Eligibility
Account registration is only permitted for individuals aged 21 and above. Each applicant is responsible for confirming their eligibility before using the m8bets platform.
Deposit & Withdrawal
Minimum deposit is RM20 and minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen method.
Bonus Terms
The m8bets welcome bonus is subject to the specified wagering requirements. Players must meet a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before withdrawing bonus funds.
Account Security
Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. m8bets will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their password.
Identity Verification
m8bets reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport to meet international licensing compliance requirements and to protect the security of player transactions.

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and m8bets ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any service provided by m8bets, you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to all provisions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the m8bets platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the m8bets platform, including the website, mobile application and all related services, is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms should be read together with the m8bets Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

3. User Account
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the m8bets platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, emails, mobile numbers or payment details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password confidential.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying m8bets immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring the personal information in your account remains accurate and up to date.
m8bets will not be held responsible for any losses arising from third-party use of your account where such use occurred due to the user's own failure to safeguard their login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
m8bets supports a range of secure and convenient local payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.
The transaction limits set are as follows:
- Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same name as the m8bets account holder. m8bets reserves the right to reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering. Funds deposited into an m8bets account are for betting purposes only.
m8bets does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges which are outside the platform's control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
m8bets offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
Example wagering requirement calculations:
- Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
- Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → account balance RM2,800 → wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.
Additional bonus conditions are:
- Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash.
- m8bets reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud in meeting the wagering requirements.
- Other promotions may have their own wagering requirements and validity periods, which will be stated at the time the promotion is announced.
💡 The m8bets VIP programme offers weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% (Bronze) to 0.8% (Platinum). Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on your ongoing betting activity on the platform.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on the m8bets platform — covering sports betting, online slots, live casino and all other games — are subject to the specific rules of the game in question. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the m8bets system decision is final unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated. Any bet placed during a technical disruption or system error may be void and may be cancelled by m8bets.
m8bets reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly in cases involving market manipulation, use of automated software (bots), or betting strategies intended to exploit system errors.
7. User Conduct
Users of the m8bets platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots or third-party programmes to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Sharing login details with another person or allowing another party to use your account.
- Taking any action that undermines the integrity of the games or the experience of other users.
- Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in the platform's communication channels.
- Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds in the account, and if necessary, further legal action.

m8bets also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user violates any provision of these terms and conditions.

- The user is found to be under 21 years of age.

10. Limitation of Liability
